SHAPE SORTING ACTIVITY
CATEGORY: Math
AGE: 3 to 6 years
DIFFICULTY: Easy
MATERIAL NEEDED: Colorful cardboard Scissors Masking tape
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: Print the shapes (black and white, see the Drive link) on paper or cardboards of different colours, cut them out, then mix them up; or you might like to colour them by yourself, or draw the shapes on coloured cardboard and cut them out. Then put the masking tape on the back and sort them by colour or by shape.
EXTENSION: For older children sort the shapes by colour, by shapes, or by how many edges they have.

MATERIALE NECESSARIO: Cartoncini colorati Forbici Scotch di carta
DESCRIZIONE DELL’ATTIVITA’: Stampa le forme (bianco e nero, vedi il link Drive) su diversi cartoncini di carta colorati. Poi ritagliali e mescolali; altrimenti puoi colorare le forme, oppure disegnare le sagome su cartoncino colorato per poi ritagliarle. Metti il nastro adesivo sul retro e classifca gli elementi per colore o per forma.
ESTENSIONE: Per bambini più grandi si può classifcare per colore, per forma o per quantità di lati.
